The BRE network aim is to work to collect and spread demands and offers of commercial, financial and technical cooperation among the Small and Medium Enterprises of the European Union and of foreign Countries. The main characteristics of this service are:

Wide spread of the offers and of the demands of cooperation
Flexibility of the system that allows the correspondents to use the system by consistent way for specific requirements
Direct access for the enterprises
Wide network of correspondents that assure a geographical coverage in the States Member and in many other States

The activities of the BRE correspondents ( about 450 members in more than 70 Countries) include:

Diffusion and broadcast of the offers of cooperation
Assistance to enterprises that intend to introduce a profile of cooperation
Promotion of the partnerships

Forum Internazionale is a BRE member since 1996, and it support SMEs to find business opportunity selecting the best international project and promoting your project by the form

CRAFT
Integrated Program in favour of SMEs and Craft sector

Main objectives
To enhance the technological level of the Small and Medium European Enterprises favouring the transnational cooperation and the community research

Actions
This Program foresees simplified ways, for Small and Medium Enterprises with restricted capacity of research, for whose execution is essential the recourse to external affix: University, Centers of Research, Industrial Labs

To assist the Small and Medium Enterprises of the industrial and tertiary sectors in order to gear to

To strengthen strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises in order to stimulate the immaterial investments thanks to the support of specialized external services
Regimes of aid and financial tools that compensate the low capitalization of the Small and Medium Enterprises and sustain the investments
To promote the intercompany collaboration in order to participate to competitions of contract, formulate plans of R&D, develop strategies of internationalization

SEED-CAPITAL
for Pilot Action

Main objectives
The European Commission has favored the creation of 24 funds of seed-capital distributed all over the community territory. Such Funds invest in enterprises, in phase of creation or recently constituted, that intend to carry out projects that produce development and innovation

Actions
The financings are capitals of subscriptions and are used for setting new productive processes or commercial strategies. These Funds, furthermore, furnish services of accompaniment

INTERPRISE

To support local, regional, national actions in order to encourage contacts among entrepreneurs and create cooperation among Small and Medium Enterprises
